HP: I was doing all sorts of things at Hogwarts

Chapter 181 St. Mungo’s

Harry had a dream.

He turned into a snake and slithered across the ground. He met a man...

He straightened up, couldn't resist the temptation and bit it.

One bite, two bites, three bites.

"Wake up, Harry!" Ron shook Harry's body vigorously, trying to wake him up.

Harry's whole body was soaked, and he curled up into a ball. Harry kept touching the middle finger of his left hand, as if he was looking for something.

"Harry!" Ron shouted in his ear.

Harry woke up with a start, his face full of panic. He met Ron's eyes, and Ron also had a worried look on his face.

"Something happened to your dad!" Harry gasped, holding Ron's arm.

Neville turned around and ran away, "I'll call someone!"

"Brother, you are just dreaming..." Ron hesitantly reassured Harry and took the ring off his hand, "Just wear this -"

"It's not a dream, it's not a dream!" Harry pushed Ron's hand twice, and the ring fell to the ground and rolled around.

Harry couldn't care less, "It wasn't a dream, I saw it! I did it... Your father was bitten by a snake——"

Professor McGonagall quickly walked into the dormitory and saw a messy scene. Professor McGonagall said simply, "Let's go find Professor Dumbledore. I think you should also go and take a look, Mr. Weasley."

Harry got up with shaky steps and staggered. He bent down to pick up the ring and walked to the principal's office with Ron and Professor McGonagall in a daze.

"Professor Dumbledore, Potter said he had a nightmare..." Before McGonagall could finish her words, Harry interrupted her.

His expression was urgent and anxious, "It's not a nightmare, it's what I saw. I...I saw Ron's father being bitten by a big snake."

Ron had a pale face and stared at Harry stupidly. He was confused.

Dumbledore didn't look at Harry, but stared at the ring on his hand, "Where did you see it, where?"

"...I don't know where it is." Harry took a deep breath. Dumbledore never looked at him, but it sounded like he believed what he was saying, rather than thinking that he was going crazy.

After Harry told the specific situation, Dumbledore asked the headmaster's portrait to go out to look for information.

"We need to wait a few minutes," Dumbledore stood up. He still didn't look at Harry, but asked thoughtfully, "Harry, who gave you the ring on your hand, and what is it for?"

"Yes..." Harry paused, "Is this important? I mean, the most urgent thing now is-"

"I'm just asking casually, relax, Harry." Dumbledore said calmly.

"Aphro gave it to me. She knows that I always have nightmares. This ring can help me stop being haunted by nightmares." Harry calmed down and answered him.

"Is this ring really useful?" Dumbledore asked immediately.

"Yes, at least I don't have nightmares anymore."

"So tonight, you didn't wear a ring?" Dumbledore asked.

"I borrowed the ring tonight." Ron quickly answered Dumbledore.

Dumbledore thought for two seconds and said nothing.

"Found it, found it!" the portrait returned to the office, "He has been sent to St. Mungo's Hospital for Magical Maladies and Maladies."

Dumbledore breathed a sigh of relief and then arranged other things.

He arranged for someone to call the other Weasley children and send them to the Black Mansion and eventually to St. Mungo's Hospital.

Harry and Ron waited anxiously, and then followed Dumbledore's instructions and went to the Black Mansion through the portkey.

……

In the old Black house, Sirius was still wearing pajamas. Seeing Harry and others arriving, Sirius hugged Harry and patted his back comfortingly.

Harry told everyone what happened again. He was a little tired. When he caught their eyes, Harry looked away and lowered his head.

He rubbed the ring, forcing himself to calm down.

It was true, Mr. Weasley was really injured, and luckily he was sent for treatment.

Harry was a little lucky that he didn't wear a ring tonight and happened to find out about Mr. Weasley's injury. Could his nightmare be useful?

Dumbledore stared at Harry's back, lost in thought.

Ever since he learned about Harry's connection with Voldemort, he had never been alone with Harry again. He was worried...

If Harry could know what Voldemort was doing from Voldemort's perspective, wouldn't Voldemort be able to spy on the people around Harry through Harry's eyes?

This is what Dumbledore hesitated about.

But...if this ring is useful...

Dumbledore cleared his throat, "Harry..."

Harry met Dumbledore's gaze, and he covered his forehead in pain. He felt an extremely disgusting emotion welling up in his heart. He hated Dumbledore?

"Put on the ring first." Dumbledore looked away.

Harry's ears were ringing, and Ron glanced at Dumbledore quickly. Seeing Dumbledore nodding firmly, Ron took the ring off Harry's hand and put it on his middle finger.

"How are you feeling now, Harry?" Dumbledore asked him gently.

Harry looked at Dumbledore again and blinked in confusion, "Better?"

"I see..." Dumbledore murmured.

Harry decided not to take off the ring just yet, feeling a strong sense of relief.

"Put aside the ring thing, can we go to St. Mungo's first?" Fred couldn't bear it anymore. Although Dumbledore and Harry only exchanged a few words, he was already anxious.

"No, St. Mungo's hasn't notified us yet. What's the explanation if you guys arrive first?" Sirius denied.

"Let's just say we got the news from others." George said immediately.

Sirius shook his head and paced back and forth, "From where? The students don't have any channels for information. We can't expose Harry's—"

"It's our dad who's lying in the hospital, not you!"

"If it could be me, I would be willing to lie in the hospital or die for the Order of the Phoenix." Sirius said to them extremely seriously.

He usually seems naughty and impulsive, and people often overlook his calmness and maturity.

The children stopped talking. Everyone sat in their respective seats, quietly waiting for news from St. Mungo's.
