Robin approached Iceburg. Iceburg's gaze met hers. "I blamed the Love Pirates and Strawhats," he said. "So, as I suspected, they had nothing to do with this," he added.

"You don't need to feel too guilty," Robin replied, "You just reported the truth, you saw me this afternoon," she added. Her stomach turned.

Iceburg winced as he instinctively reached for his injured shoulder. "So this was all part of the plan?" he asked, his eyes narrowing.

"Exactly," came a cold voice from behind Robin. The man in the bear mask stepped forward. "Keeping you alive while pinning the blame on the two pirate groups was important." He paused, letting the gravity of his next words sink in. "Besides, if we had killed you, we wouldn’t have discovered what we were truly after."

"The blueprints of a certain ship," the man in the mask continued. He added, “They've been secretly passed down from generation to generation of shipwrights. We knew that if your life was threatened, you’d entrust them to someone you trusted completely."

Iceburg’s glare hardened. "And the man you chose was Paulie," the masked man finished for him, a twisted smile hidden behind his mask.

“So everything has been going as you have planned?” Iceburg replied.

The man in the masked bear said, “Make sure things are carried out flawlessly.”

“Okay,” Robin replied, her eyes looked lifeless.

“I will go and deal with the shipwrights outside,” the man in the bear mask added. “You will finish this man off, once those two have got the blueprints,” he continued. “After this, the entire crime will be pinned on the Love Pirates,” he said.

Robin nodded. Her heart hurt. She thought about the parties, being with Ben. She looked at Iceburg.

“I am shocked. I thought I would never see you here Nico Robin,” Iceburg said.

“Have we met before?” Robin asked.

“No, it was the first yesterday,” Iceburg replied. “I always wanted to see you. I put your wanted poster in my room so I don't forget,” he added and pulled out a gun.

Robin saw this and pulled out her own gun. They both showed their pistols to each other.

“So you wanted to kill me?” Robin asked.

“That is right before you destroy the world,” Iceburg replied. “Why do you go searching for the poneglyphs?” he asked. “The World Government declared it a major crime to find and decipher them,” he added.

“You know about it as well,” Robin said.

“Knowing about their existence is not a crime,” Iceburg replied. “But the only one who can decipher them is you,” he added.”That is why the World Government put a bounty on you when you were only 8 years old. You are the only person in the world who can restore the ancient weapons,” he shouted.

“So you know about the weapons too,” Robin replied.

“All things considered, I did not know CP9 was even an organisation and you are part of it. It is bizarre considering you have been pursued for 20 years. If the weapon is restored whether it's by a righteous owner or not, the result will be the same. We cannot recall a relic from the past,” he said.

“You are right but what I do with my research is none of your business,” Robin replied.

“You may be right there but, I sense we are in the same boat. Pluton is the name of the battleship built on this island long ago. The blueprints of that weapon have been passed down so in case it fell into the wrong hands, we can counter it. The man named Tom entrusted me with the blueprints, he was concerned about a little girl who escaped Ohara. He said even if she was small, she was dangerous since she had the ideology as the Ohara devils,” he explained. “I inherited his will so I have the responsibility of stopping you,” he shouted.

He was about to click his gun when Robin spawned an arm and stopped it. She then spawned several hands over his body. She put him into a lock and disarmed the gun and restrained him.

“With all due respect, even without me, they would have gone along with this plan,” Robin said.

“You're the ones taken by the plan,” Iceburg said.

Meanwhile Luffy found himself trapped in between two buildings. “I thought of going faster but I got trapped,” Luffy muttered to himself. He pulled his way out of the building and slingshotted across town. He smashed into the wall and broke it. “I am stuck again,” Luffy commented.

Luffy then saw Paulie on the floor, lying in his blood. He saw two figures on top of him. “Rope guy, are you okay?” Luffy asked.

“So you have come to take the crime onto yourself,” said a man with a skull mask.

“You are the people blaming Ben and everyone,” Luffy shouted.

“Tempest Kick,” the man with the skull said as he launched an air blast attack at Luffy. Luffy saw this and jumped out of the way.

“His kick cuts the wall,” Luffy shouted. The man with the cow mask swipe kicked Luffy to the ground. He then quickly grabbed large horse shoes and pinned Luffy down.

“Restraint they guy too, there is no time to fight.” the man with a skull mask added. The man with the cow mask pinned Paulie down as well.

“Let's go,” they both said. The masked men exited the room. They walked down the corridor. They saw a man in a bear mask stab Tilestone with his finger. The musketeer also joined them.

They all entered the room and looked at Iceburg on the floor. Iceburg glared at them. “I have nothing to give you,” he shouted.

“Is that so? That might be a problem,” the man in the cow mask said. A white bird landed on his shoulder. He took off his mask. “What should I tell you when you are about to die?” Lucci asked.

Iceburg mouth dropped open. “It is your fault. You should have given it when the government asked you,” Kaku added as he took off his mask.

“If possible, I wanted to make this town part of my memory without hurting you,” Kalifa added as she took off her musketeer mask.

“So you also have your Master`s stubbornness,” Blueno added, taking off his bear mask.

“You all worked for the government?” Iceburg asked.

“It was pretty easy going undercover,” Lucci replied.

“Now Iceburg where are the blueprints for the weapons?” Lucci asked.
