Refusing My God’s Advances

Chapter 116: Growing Golems Pt3

I was surprised that her name stayed the same, but also that it had already designated a name for the other soul. Regardless, I summoned Crystal Whisperer Cynthia to see her new form. She now had an ethereal glow, with ice crystals adorning her outfit, and her eyes shimmered with a glacial hue. Cynthia's demeanor seemed calmer and more in tune with her surroundings.

"I feel the power of the Glacial Nymph flowing through me. It's exhilarating," Cynthia exclaimed, her voice carrying a melodic quality, but then she paused, looking around. "Where is my sister, Isilda?"

"I am working on her right now," I laughed, but then the next golems stats popped up on their own. It seems like my system just automatically placed the soul in the Time Witch's body. I wasn't mad about it, since I planned on doing it anyway, but it was curious that it did it on its own. Made me wonder if I could have even put the first soul in if I didn't have a second golem ready?

Name: Frozen Time Witch Isilda

As a Frozen Time Mage, she harnesses the power of ice and time manipulation, utilizing her abilities to freeze enemies in their tracks and control the flow of time. Isilda's presence creates a chilling aura, and her mastery over ice and time enhances her magical prowess.

5. (Unique Passive) (Unique)Twin Soul: While in the Resonance range of Cynthia, Soul Fusion may be activated.
6. (Unique Passive) (Unique) Soul Fusion: Fuse with Cynthia to create a new Temporary Class.

Isilda now exuded an icy elegance, her once fiery red hair transformed into shimmering silver strands. Ice crystals adorned her attire, and her eyes glowed with a frigid intensity. Isilda seemed more serene, yet her presence hinted at the power she now held.

With both Cynthia and Isilda in their new forms, the two golems stood side by side, sharing a connection as twin sisters. I marveled at the transformation and the synergy between their abilities.

"I feel a stronger bond with Cynthia now. Our powers complement each other perfectly," Isilda remarked, her voice carrying a tranquil resonance.

"I am just happy that we both get to stay together!" Cynthia exclaimed, and Shelli hugged my arm.

"The girls are pretty cute! You must have had a hard time picking from all the choices last night?" Shelli asked, and I wrapped my arms around her.

"You are pretty cute," I said, and then gave her a kiss before turning to my three golems. "Good, now let's see how well you both can fight together."

Shelli held on to my arm as we walked, but halfway down the tunnel, Lila grabbed my other arm the same. I looked over at her, and Lila gave me the most rabbit-looking face I had ever seen a human face take on. Shelli giggled, and I sighed.

"Can I hold your arm too, master?" Lila asked, and I looked at Shelli.

"I don't mind. She is not like Scarlet, but I think she still likes you as a master," Shelli explained as we continued on, and Lila nodded.

"Yes! Master is not as strong as me, but he still made me really strong! And fast! I like my master," Lila said and then rubbed her face into my arm.

I smiled at this as we reached the next cave. Shelli was right, and Lila felt more like a puppy with the attention she was giving me. I didn't like to compare her like that, but that's just how it felt to me.

The Unique Rare golem from yesterday wasn't in the mini-boss room this time. Instead, there was a small dragon. By small I meant it wasn't massive, but it still was at least 20 feet long.

I looked at Cynthia and Isilda, but both of them looked excited. "Are you two fine with fighting the creature alone?" I asked, and the girls both turned to me and nodded.

"We can handle this beast," Isilda said with her serene voice, and then Cynthia smiled.

"I think that I shall make this my pet if you will allow me to have the soul, master?" She asked, and I nodded.

"By all means. If you want to make that dragon your pet, then I am all for it! Go get 'em!" I grinned, but then looked down at Lila, who was rubbing her breasts all over my arm as she fidgeted to the point where she looked like she was about to explode. "No, you can't go this time. I want to see the girls in action alone first. I am sure that they will need your help in the next cave."

Lila looked depressed, so I patted her head and scratched behind her ears. It instantly put her in a better mood, and she stopped moving around to watch the fight with eager eyes. She was definitely something, but her reactions and expression put a smile on my face.

Why did this puppy dog have to be so damn cute, and what was up with that fidgeting?! I was trying to keep my own rising problems under control, and all Shelli was doing was giggling and watching it all unfold!
