Reverend Insanity’s Formation Venerable

A few weeks had passed, Wei Ru was sitting in his cave contemplating. His brows were slightly furrowed. His robe was completely Green with a slight tint of purple. His face had aged well and he looked like an old and handsome person, a person who would be respected.

He was sitting in a meditative pose, the lotus sitting, slight green light came out of his body from time to time illuminating the area and with the fluctuating wind also dissipated. Suddenly his eyes opened, they were crystal clear yet seemed to hold countless schemes and hardships. 

"Hmm, this killer move, why is it continuously failing?" Wei Ru had realized a few weeks prior that his time path ability would have to be raised in order to successfully fool Gu Zu, he had created a few killer moves but they were unsatisfactory, he started to buy a few killer moves from others to use and find inspiration from, however, due to a time path Rank 8's Myriad Tribulation, Xia Cha, he was inevitably stalled. The costs had increased from a few dozen Immortal essence stones to 40+. In desperation, Wei Ru still bought a few and it set him back 200 immortal essence stones. 

"Going back to the Green Ghost Desert is dangerous, I still can't underestimate it, the Lion's killer move I used also needs to be improved, its ability is waning. I need to create more killer moves." Wei Ru shook his head, he had a slight headache from all this thinking, he looked back at his aperture. There were 4 large resource points (From now on, I will only write about Large+ resource points), he had obtained it by combining many small and middle rank resource points. It had also cost him a lot of time but it was necessary. 

He entered his aperture and slightly shook before going near the resource point. It looked to be of time path, the Gu had 12 legs and the main body continuously spun. "Good, this hour gu resource is finally coming strong. I had to spend so many of the leftover Soul cores to construct it, I almost risked backlash from Xiao clan's agreement." Wei Ru thought with a wry smile. 

He came back to the cave and nodded. "At least space path killer moves are easy to buy." Wei Ru might fight Gu Zu, he was a space path, obviously he had to prepare contingency.

After buying a few, he went back to his cultivation and deduction. 

At Gu Zu's side. 

He looked on at his aperture's situation, it was extremely dire. 

His robes fluttered as he looked up top, he had used a space path immortal killer move to look into the future and another immortal killer move to protect his eyes. 

Indeed, he had 2 immortal gu, even though the world knew of one only.

He looked for a while before becoming solemn. He couldn't see much, he just knew that it would be a terrifying disaster.

He thought for a bit before looking fondly' at his 2 immortal gu. One was a very large mosquito, as big as a finger, another was like a diced up caterpillar, only 1 part was remaining. 

"Sigh, this caterpillar gu I got, the Dimensional Immortal gu, is profoundly powerful, even though it's a rank 7 immortal gu, due to its speciality, I can still use it. Unfortunately, it's a consumable gu, I might have to use this." Gu Zu looked at the head of the caterpillar remaining. It was something he found after becoming immortal along with an inheritance. 

He kept them before looking at another information path gu.

"Do I have to call that Time master, hmm, this tribulation is terrifying, it reaches the peak of heavenly tribulation, it might be best to do it." Gu Zu made up his mind. 

He went out and flew towards the sky and then left. He later arrived at a mortal city. "This should be the place where Du Mo is." 

A few days later Wei Ru got a message from Gu Zu to meet up at an ordinary desert.

Wei Ru was excited but cautious, he first used his exemplary investigative killer moves and deduced that it wasn't anything wrong. 

After finding that he went towards the desert mentioned by Gu Zu. 

"Hahaha, even the heavens seem to be helping me." Wei Ru laughed, this desert was directly next to the Green Ghost Desert. He had already set up many traps there so he had full control of the situation. 

A while later he found Gu Zu and another immortal. This new immortal looked a bit strange, his hair was unkempt, he had a disheveled appearance and his eyes were triangular. 

Wei Ru had already changed his form to look more like 'Gao Wu.' 

Gu Zu looked a bit solitary and down, seemingly thinking about something. 

He responded, "Brother Gao Wu, this is immortal Du Mo, he is very famous in the Southern Region of Western Desert and is the primary information path gu immortal for lone immortals and demon immortals. I hope you can understand." Gu Zu spoke very flatteringly, with a smiling face yet his eyes showed something else. 

Wei Ru had to act. He snorted, "Humph, Gu Zu, I gave you that gu as a gift, but since you are so cautious, fine." Wei Ru waved his hand in an angry manner, his Green robe fluttered around.

Gu Zu went into a bit of a panic and started explaining. "Brother Gao Wu, Brother Gao Wu, it's nothing like that, I am doing this so that you feel more safe about transacting with me." Gu Zu started explaining more and 'Gao Wu' finally relented and stopped his anger.

Du Mo looked at the situation with calm eyes. He waved his hands and a paper appeared. "This is the agreement, after you sign it, the agreement will be valid." 

Wei Ru looked for a bit before nodding, he changed some things.

A few hours later the agreement was complete. Du Mo went away without saying anything. Wei Ru invited Gu Zu to enter the Green Ghost Desert and Gu Zu thought before nodding. In his opinion, as long as Wei Ru did something harmful, the backlash would happen. He however, didn't realize that Wei Ru was already suffering backlash.

"Not bad" Wei Ru felt his blood appearing on his hands. He quickly wiped it away before flying back to where he had constructed many formations. 

Wei Ru's snow white beard was fluttering along with the wind, his eyes were resolute with a happy expression. "Wei Su, I can feel it, don't worry, this plan is perfect."

After the duo went to the location, Gu Zu carefully let Wei Ru inside, he looked nervously at Wei Ru.

Wei Ru felt his blood boiling and running backwards, one was due to backlash, one was due to anger. However, he couldn't show it. His eyes slightly twitched and his face showed a sorry expression. 

Gu Zu noticed it but didn't think much of it, he was more excited about the slowing down of time.

"Immortal master, when do we start?" Gu Zu had a very happy smile, unaware of the turns and tribulations within Wei Ru.

Both of their robes shook, but for different reasons. 

The aperture was vast, the 2 were very small, yet the aperture shook.
