Red appeared behind his back in an instant, thrusting his sword at him.

 

The demon swinged his spear and as a result, Red crashed down the forest.

 

The Demon stanced, readying a special attack with his demon power.

 

"Strike!"

 

The demon aimed the attack at Red, but he surprisingly disappeared again, this time appearing at his left side.

The demon reacted quickly, blocking the sword strike.

 

"The power of gods.. How did you have it?"

 

"Won't tell you."

 

Red attacked yet again, but this time, with his ⅗ of reserves being exhausted by it.

This time, the demon is the one who crashed. Red didn't let this opportunity pass by, as he stabbed at it this time.

But before his attack could reach his heart, the demon's aura went haywire.

 

"Damn you, insect!"

 

The demon attacked again, but this time, not at Red.

 

"Go die with those worthless livestocks!"

 

He aimed at the building itself, where the students and teachers are fighting.

 

They thought that they'll die, but a blue barrier blocked the attack, causing it to crack.

 

"Red!"

Anna shouted at Red. It's supposed to be a sign, where if Anna shouts at him, the barrier can only block one more attack.

 

'One more. I didn't expect that it'll last only 2 times. Damn it.'

 

"Hah, insect. More demons will arrive, and all of you WILL DIE!"

 

The demon attacked with a huge amount of demon power, causing Red to exhaust even more of his reserves.

The demon then took the opportunity to order the magical creatures to self destruct, injuring many close combatants at the building.

That included Aria.

 

As she's fighting a C- Rank monster, she's one of the more severely injured ones. Concussion, internal bleeding from impact, some broken bones, and so on.

Red heard Lugh's shout, but he didn't have the leeway to think about it further.

After the demon had said that, he retreated at a very fast pace. Since Red had achieved his goal of making it retreat, he didn't pursue him.

Remembering all those silly conversations that we had, I continued to fall into a deep thought, forgetting that I'm in a battlefield.
