Raikage agreed with his evaluation and then continue asked, "Then, how strong are people with 6* strength?"
"Those are people who are capable of destroying an island or country without any problem." Kaito explained and then turned at Sakuya who stood behind him, "And Sakuya here is one of 6* strengths we got with an ability to control the time like time stop."

Both Raikage and Darui were shocked at Kaito's answer since they never heard of the ability to control time... which is even more ridiculous than space. No wonder Bee was unable to perceive her speed, after all, she probably moved during time stop which is something they can't defend with and perfect ability to commit assassinations.
However, shortly after both of them immediately calmed down as they realized there was no need to be afraid. After all, they are currently allies, and to have such strong allies feels reassuring.
"What about the other 2 people? What are their abilities... if you don't mind answering." Raikage continues to inquire but he regrets his decision after hearing Kaito answer.
"Hmm, one of them can control reality around her using her words, and the other one I believe is capable of blowing up this planet in one punch if he tried."

Even though the Raikage and Darui knew they were allies, hearing that one of their members was able to destroy the planet in one blow was truly a shocking understatement.

After that, Kaito immediately called Yuu via chat group, and shortly after. Yuu arrives inside Kaito's office with a concerned look, wondering what kind of trouble he needs to deal with to ask her to come to the office.

Unlike Yuu, who in the original story was afraid of killing people with her main power because of trauma, Yuu, who has now overcome her trauma, has long overcome her trauma thanks to her experience in SAO, befriending everyone and killing many bad people to protect good players.
Also, the current Yuu can speak freely and use her reality-warping powers with much less severe side effects thanks to the help of the chat group and her group of best friends... which she is truly grateful for.

"No. I remember it, Just wait until I got strong enough to deal with that magical girl queen of Villiers." Kaito sighed in depression and added, "After all, I can't even deal with you yet... Although I will keep improving myself."

To fulfill his promise, Kaito knows that he needs to solve his energy limit first and increase his strength evaluation to 6* which he feels is still a bit far away. He needs to be at least equal or more powerful than the final boss of that world, Lillia Lilith to be able to stop her and convince her that there's no need to continue provoking the other worlds.
