The Scientist of Monster Creation, forcefully Hired

Presumable two Hours after Ciler Showed his new Trick. 
Hew also showed some other Tricks with slight Deviation while Calida showed her improved speed. 
Waylon was also contacted regarding the Salamander.

They both agreed to make it slightly different. 
Instead, she will make two Salamanders. 
One a completely normal Monster.

Weak and cheap, possibly to buy in droves. 
The other, getting the Strength she aimed for previously. 
But instead of Hiding in the Dark, they will hide in the Masses.

A elite unit under the Salamanders, who uses the Confusion and advanced Cunning from the Dark Magic Stone. 
Striking when it’s possible and comparative risk Free, while aiming for the most Damage. 
And the Droves of forearm long Salamander also aren’t to be underestimated.

Yes, Chloe has plans to cheap out on them, but unless someone has a full Body armor, getting swarmed by them will result in Bites. 
And she honestly doubt if someone will go in full metal-plate armor in a Dungeon. 
The Monster have simplistic behaviour, but they attack on sight, or noise for that matter.

When Creatures her you already form far enough, they are bound to come at you all at ones. 
And most Monster have greater Strength or magical Might, lacking the fitness of actually handling it. 
Maybe Chainmail could also block them, but it will be to noisy.

Even when walking slowly, they won’t have the Luxury to not move fast when facing an Enemy. 
And leg guards won’t do the Jobs since they are “small” and won’t reach higher. 
Any of them will have suctions cups. A nightmare inside a Tunnel, which Waylon has too.

But back at the Sensation of having her Spine nearly pulled out of her Body. 
Chloe noticed the Intruder, and want to think it would have been easier for a seeing Person to overlook a flash bang in the Face. 
When before, the Arrival of someone meant like having a small bell jingle, now it was like sitting under a church bell of a large church.

Chloe notices that her spine is numb, half of her Brain feels like having an Hangover with the obscure clarity of the other half and a completely disorientating of her Body’s natural Ability like breathing normally or moving her knee joints normally to walk. 
She fears that her Nerve-system was even Damaged by whatever happened.

In hurry, she wanted to cast a spell, but stops herself. 
The spell she wanted to cast was the one with importing the 3D structure in her Head. 
Not really a good idea for the most complicated Part of the Body that probably ever was, the Nerve-system.

But while Chloe tries to calm down and not die form stress, some other things happen. 
First was before the door, were the Tiny army of 98 people, Ethan and Robert was. 
Robert was Perfectionist, so he tried to gather exactly 100 People.

But he could gather “only”98  additional ones with his Promotion. 
He didn’t want to make further convincing arguments or Manipulation and overstep the 100 Mark. 
And since he thought of himself above others, he didn’t want to waste Time convincing a single Person.

He also didn’t ask Ethan of that, go in with the Lazy Approach to count himself as an addition to all that. 
And he also had to make the Magic Tool, or “Divine Tools”, how he calls them, to make it possible to harm others. 
See, over all the Space Dungeon Master can go is a divine Spell formed.
The spell just block any form of harm on can befall. Also to Equipment. 

It’s like a thin Layer, which only stops at the Skin, Hair and what one carries. 
It’s negates any form of impact or Magic.

But it doesn’t exclude self-harm done inside one’s Body. 
He was delighted to find out that someone who opposed him killed himself through imploding his internal Mana. 
Something that made him feared and an big step for him to find out how it functions.

He didn’t discover the Actual spell or even has the Idea that it was a Spell, rather thinking that it could be something in the Air, specially created by the God of Creation to not be seen. 
And he reached the Conclusion that the Protection is only a thin Layer, making any harm from the outside useless. 
Even impacts get negated, so no destruction of the inner organs.

But Equipment also doesn’t get destroyed, most of the Times. 
Actually, there are some well known instances about Equipment being destroyed. 
He thought if the Cases again and concluded how the Spell determines a Target and what it does.

Now, he thought, needs to create and Tool which makes one claim them Surrounding Air, or space, which then gets enveloped by this Barrier. 
Like this, in the Surrounding Space won’t be any Protection against harm. 
When someone is close enough, or even possible to cast support Magic on others.

Naturally, Robert let the Pawns find it out himself, demonstrating the Ability to harm other. 
It not because of his oversight regarding that matter. 
But a Crucial Problem for most wasn’t solved. Projectile Attacks.

With the Item, they make themselves vulnerable, no matter what. 
But they have to get close to harm the Scientist since they Range of the bubble extends around them. 
And it functions by “claiming” the surrounding space to someone, not actually dispelling the Effect.

Robert actually did gave it as much space as he reasonably could, reaching 30 Centimetre from every point at the farthest. 
So a sword would extend the Range since it also counts as a point, but it just means the have to as near her as having only less then 30 centimetre between them. 
And Magic and arrows aren’t in the Possession anymore when fired outside, so not getting affect by the claiming Tool.

The Problem is as following, she could effectively attack from range while they can’t. 
Magic can still be used to create hurdles and Arrows can have smoke bombs attached etc.
But they don’t think of it since the are 99 Man versus one Woman.

She doesn’t even know the limited capabilities of the Tool, so why should they fear her? 
Would be like an Elephant fearing a Mice, completely irrational! 
But for cations sake, they should try to get close fast.

Oh, and someone proposed Robert and On-Off switch for the Thing, but was shot down as a Fool. 
In fact, the nature of the tool doesn’t allow it. 
The space has to be claimed beforehand, the tool only maintains the fact that the space 30 centimetre away is, in fact, in possession of someone.

And the claiming Part is Hard, taking a lot of Robert. 
He wouldn’t admit, but he barely could do it. 
So also not allowing him to make a tool like that.
