Cancellations

Since our products are provided as digital downloads, we cannot process cancellations after your order is finalized and you’ve received your download link or activation key. We recommend carefully reviewing your selection before checkout to ensure it meets your needs.

Free Trial Policy

Novel Simple (OPC) Private Limited provides a 14-day complimentary trial period for all products. We encourage you to take full advantage of this trial to test functionality and verify the software works well for your requirements before committing to a purchase.

Refund Policy

Customers may request a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. Approved refunds are issued within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Orders Processed via Paddle

Our order process may be conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders processed through them. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns for those orders. For purchases made through Paddle, refund requests should be submitted via paddle.net.

Orders Processed via Other Platforms

For purchases made through any other payment platform or reseller, please contact us directly at support@novelsimple.com and we will assist you with your refund request within the same 30-day window.
