Chapter 360: Blueno`s Bar

Franky, Mozu, and Kiwi headed to the local bar. As they entered, they saw the lively atmosphere of people drinking and having fun washed over them. Franky made his way to the bar. He saw a tall man with big lips, a black beard, and black hair styled like bull horns. The man wore a black and yellow polka-dotted shirt with an apron over it. His name tag read, “Blueno.”

“Give me some cola!” Franky shouted.

Blueno glanced at him, his expression neutral. “Do you have money?” he asked.

Franky looked momentarily taken aback but then broke into a wide grin. “Money?” he echoed. With a dramatic flourish, he pulled out a wad of notes and threw them into the air. “Drinks are on me!” he declared.

The bar erupted in laughter and cheers. “You’re the best!” one drunken patron slurred, raising his glass.

“More drinks!” another chimed enthusiastically.

“Cola bottles,” Franky repeated, settling himself onto a stool.

Blueno nodded and reached behind the bar, pulling out a few bottles of cola. He placed them in front of Franky. “Here you go,” he said.

Franky grabbed one of the bottles, popped the cap, and took a long, satisfying gulp. He leaned back, enjoying the moment. Mozu and Kiwi joined him at the bar, each with their own drinks in hand.

“You sure know how to lighten the mood,” Mozu remarked, taking a sip from her glass.

Kiwi nodded, her expression relaxed. “Yeah, this is exactly what we needed,” she said.

Franky grinned, pleased with their reactions. “Sometimes, all it takes is a little cola and some good company,” he said, clinking his bottle against theirs.

“Sometimes it does,” Kokoro commented as she drank her beer down.

“You again,” Franky said.

“I am here as well,” Chimney said, jumping with her hands. “Can I get orange juice?” she asked.

“Are kids allowed here?” Franky replied. “But I am in a good mood so yeah,” Franky replied.

“Yeah,” Chimney said.

“So, you heard Iceburg got shot,” Kokoro said.

“By the Love Pirates and the Strawhats,” Franky replied, his expression darkening.

“Is that so?” Kokoro responded, taking a sip from her bottle.

“He said he saw Nico Robin,” Franky continued. He looked at the old hag. “Do you think there's more to this?” he asked.

Kokoro sighed, gulping down her drink. “Well, government officers have been hanging around a lot lately,” she said thoughtfully. “They say there are shadowy government branches, like CP9,” she added.

“They don't exist,” Franky scoffed, finishing his cola in one long gulp.

“They're meant to be mysterious,” Kokoro added, her eyes narrowing slightly. “You never see them coming,” she laughed.

“They're just rumors,” Franky insisted.

“We never know,” Kokoro said, finishing her drink with a final gulp. “In this world, sometimes the most unbelievable things turn out to be true,” she said.

Franky continued to drink his cola.

On the streets of Water 7, Zoro was walking around the place. He saw people pointing at him and chasing him. He saw about to take his swords out however he saw there were many of them. “Why are you chasing me?” Zoro shouted as he ran down.

“You are part of Iceburg attempted assassination,” a man shouted.

“What?” Zoro shouted back. He just wanted a drink and to sleep but now he's being chased. He ran down the streets. He dodged a rock that was thrown at him. He took a left and ran down. All of a sudden he felt a hand which yanked him up,

Meanwhile, Maya, Conis, Mikita, and Vivi were sprinting through the streets and alleyways of Water 7. Their footsteps hit the cobblestones. “We should split up,” Mikita suggested breathlessly. “They’ll be after me, and it’ll be safer if we divide our chances,” she added.

“No, we stay together,” Vivi insisted firmly. “We’re stronger as a team,” she added.

“She’s right,” Conis interjected.

Maya glanced around, her eyes darting around. “We can’t take those boats we had,” she said, frustration creeping into her voice.

“And we can’t go back the way we came,” Mikita added. “The shopkeeper recognized us, and he’s probably alerted someone by now,” she continued.

Vivi nodded. “We need to head back to the Miss Love Duck,” she said.

“Vivi, Mikita, Conis, Maya,” Nami shouted. They all looked up to see Nami on the rooftop. Luffy extended his arm and the girls climbed to the top.

“Thank you,” Vivi said as she looked at the group. She saw Zoro, Nami and Luffy.

“What’s going on?” Zoro demanded, his eyes narrowing.

“Did you try to kill Ice Pops?” Luffy asked..

“No, we had no idea,” Maya replied quickly. “We were with Robin this morning, but then she disappeared,” she added.

“We heard that Nico Robin shot someone, and now people are after us,” Conis added.

“We thought it best to head back first,” Mikita said.

“Is Ben awake?” Nami asked.

“I don't think so,” Vivi replied, shaking her head. She had a gut feeling she would know when he woke up.

“This is turning into a mess because of you,” Zoro said.

“We’re friends,” Luffy interjected firmly, his eyes determined. “We stick together,” he stated.

“We need to go see Ice Pops and hear his side of the story,” Luffy suggested.

“That sounds like a good idea,” Vivi agreed. “We might even find Robin there,” she added.

They all nodded and looked in the direction of the building in the middle where they could see it was lit.

In the room, Iceburg sat on his bed. He looked to see Paulie on his right. “I want you to get something for me,” Iceburg said. “It is in my office underneath the desk,” he added. “I thought about this and you are the only one I could trust for this, he continued.

“Understood,” Paulie replied as he got up.

He left the room and saw Lucci, Kaku, Tilestone and Lulu. “Sorry, something came up. I need to go for a bit,” Paulie said.

“That is fine, four of us will be enough,” Lulu responded.

“Watch over Iceburg for me,” Paulie said as he walked down the corridor.
