Transforming a Divine Realm into a Divine Kingdom is not a simple matter. Besides the time needed for metamorphosis, it also requires consuming vast amounts of faith power.

The larger the Divine Realm, the more it consumes during transformation. Therefore, many choose to preserve important resources and discard large amounts of ordinary land during the transformation.

After all, the primary condition for achieving a Divine Kingdom is to refine it with divine power. Only land infused with divine power can withstand the impact of high-speed movement when traveling to the Continent of the Gods.

Considering that one million faith power converts to just one point of divine power, one can imagine how enormous the required faith power would be.

Conversely, becoming a God is relatively simple for a Demi-God. Possessing even a bit of divine power qualifies one as a true God, though no one would ascend with such meager strength.

Moreover, igniting the divine flame isn't so simple either.

Igniting the divine flame involves using pure divine power transformed into flames to temper one's body, turning it into a divine body, using oneself as the foundation to nurture Divine Authority.

Ying Yingluo was quietly carrying out all these processes, afraid of being discovered.

Meanwhile, Xu Luo, who had already won over many alien races with virtue, encountered trouble.

In the void where the novice Divine Realm was located, besides countless Divine Realms of various sizes, there were also numerous void creatures and Divine Abominations roaming about.

What are Divine Abominations?

Literally, they are the sins committed by Gods.

Divine Abominations are aggregates of countless negative consciousnesses, containing negative energy. To kill them, one can only choose to purify them with divine power or faith power.

Gods are the focal points of living beings' beautiful wishes, carrying the desires of all creatures - this is hope.

However, the nature of Gods isn't necessarily as their believers imagine.

Some Gods abandon or abuse their believers, or fail to meet expectations, leading to a collapse of faith.

In the instant faith collapses, the intertwining of extreme positive and negative emotions easily gives birth to Divine Abominations.

Gods have no lifespan limit, but they can be dragged down by their believers' resentment, become lost in the Star Realm, or even directly fall due to the backlash of their believers' faith.

Divine Abominations vary in strength, depending on the amount of negative emotions gathered.

Weak ones are only equivalent to Bronze or Silver tier. But powerful ones can even rival true Gods.

At this moment, Xu Luo encountered a Divine Abomination, and it was exceptionally powerful. Even Viia could barely contend with it, unable to drive it away, let alone kill it.

No matter where their fleet went, this Divine Abomination followed like a shadow.

Xu Luo used the faith power he carried to strike it, severely wounding it. As a result, although the Divine Abomination weakened somewhat, it also became fixated on them, following them from afar wherever they went.

It just didn't dare to get too close due to fear of faith power attacks.

After several failed attempts to drive it away, Xu Luo let it be. After all, if they couldn't drive it away or kill it, what else could they do?

With enough faith power, it would be manageable, but he didn't have much faith power left. He could severely wound it, but far from enough to completely neutralize a Divine Abomination.

However, having a Divine Abomination following wasn't without benefits.

When Xu Luo went to "protect" others, those alien races were terrified at the sight of the Divine Abomination, not daring to fight him at all!

After exploiting this borrowed influence, he saved some effort and accomplished his goals, which was enough for him.

Whether due to his chosen direction or not, Xu Luo's fleet encountered fewer and fewer human Divine Realms as they traveled, eventually seeing none at all, while alien Divine Realms increased.

Now that everyone knew Ying Yingluo was about to ascend to godhood, alien races were mobilizing their forces, trying to find her hidden Divine Realm.

This area was now in chaos, with many from other regions coming to join the commotion. Various powerful beings gathered, resulting in those alien races with grudges against humans being too busy dealing with newcomers to focus on humans.

As Xu Luo continued to advance, he also detected some battles. However, the disturbances were significant, and after sending worker bees to investigate, he wisely chose to detour.

Alien geniuses had started fighting each other, though it was unclear whether they were from this star region or had come from others. In any case, their main forces were Gold tier, and he currently lacked the ability to intervene and "protect" such beings.

Although he had Gold-tier units, on the front lines, Soul Butterflies were no match for other Gold-tier units. As for Viia, powerful as she was, she was just one individual and couldn't possibly handle hundreds of enemy Gold-tier units!

"What's that?" Viia suddenly exclaimed, seeing a dazzling light ahead.

Following her gaze, Xu Luo was also surprised.

In the void of the novice Divine Realm's star regions, the scenery rarely changed, with only void turbulence streaking about.

But now, far from them, there was a nebula that was exceptionally brilliant, emitting dazzling light.

Xu Luo wanted to change direction, but it was too late.

A massive pulling force came from the nebula, directly causing the entire fleet to involuntarily fly towards it.

And this speed was even faster than when the starship flew on its own.

"Looks like we've hit the jackpot!" Xu Luo said calmly, with a hint of helplessness.

In the introduction to God's Domain, Zhong Tianyue had mentioned that whether in the void outside the Continent of the Gods, in the Star Realm, or in the void of the novice Divine Realm, besides common dangers like Divine Abominations and void turbulence, there were also opportunities amidst the dangers.

However, since they were opportunities, dangers and benefits coexisted.

What was beneficial for some could be an unbearable danger for others.

Gods have no lifespan limit but can still fall. When a Divine Kingdom falls from the Star Realm, it might plunge into the Abyss or other places.

The remnants of a Divine Kingdom left after a God's fall can be called a divine tomb.

Without the God's protection, the believers in the Divine Kingdom would naturally die, and they might resent their God, thus producing Divine Abominations. Entering such a place and encountering Divine Abominations, whether one could handle them was a question.

But similarly, entering a broken Divine Kingdom, no matter what, it was still a Divine Kingdom. There would always be some things left behind, which would be valuable for those who encountered it.

Xu Luo felt he might have encountered such a situation now.

In fact, he didn't want this opportunity at all.

With no idea of what was inside, the Divine Abomination left by the God couldn't possibly be weak. He feared his current strength might just be offering himself up as a sacrifice!

However, the development of the situation was now beyond his control. Being forcibly drawn in, he could only take it one step at a time.

He could only pray that the Divine Abomination inside had grown impatient with loneliness and had already wandered out. Otherwise, his entire army might be finished here.
